SAMPIT – RAKYATKALTENG – Ketua Komisi II DPRD Kabupaten Kotawaringin Timur (Kotim) Darmawati mendesak , agar pemerintah kabupaten segera menginventarisasi seluruh koperasi. Mulai dari koperasi plasma, simpan pinjam dan lainnya.
Pasalnya, disinyalir ada dugaan koperasi fiktif yang dijadikan sebagai tameng sekelompok orang untuk mengeruk keuntungan pribadi.
“Saya ada dapat info jika di Kotim ini banyak koperasi, dan koperasi itu ternyata isunya ada yang fiktif, untuk itulah saya minta Pemkab Kotim untuk menginventarisasi secara faktual koperasi – koperasi,” kata Darmawati, Minggu (28/2/2021).
Darmawati mengatakan, jika memang ada koperasi yang fiktif, maka tidak main – main itu akan ada sanksi pidana. Selain itu juga penertiban koperasi ini juga mengantisipasi koperasi abal – abal (bodong) yang selalu menjadikan masyarakat sebagai korban.
Misalkan koperasi fiktif yang bermitra dengan perusahaan perkebunan. Maka oknum koperasi fiktif, itu akan menjual kartu plasma kepada masyarakat. Tidak main – main harga satu kartu plasma bisa mencapai Rp 5 juta.
“Nah ini salah satu modus saja yang muncul, belum yang lain, belum lagi koperasi simpan pinjam, yang mana kadang dijadikan tameng oknum lintah darat. Makanya saya mendesak ini harus diawasi. Pemerintah harus hadir agar masyarakat tidak jadi korban,” katanya.
Darmawati mengakui, dalam waktu dekat mereka juga akan memanggil dinas teknisnya. Terkait kondisi lapangan terkini mengenai koperasi di Kotim.
“Begitu juga sebaliknya jika memang ada koperasi yang bagus dan bisa dijadikan contoh harus didukung dan dibina, sehingga bisa melaksanakan tugasnya mensejahterakan anggotanya,” tandasnya
